member, you will have access to all the newest music in different genre's
updated daily. This includes intro versions, clean, dirty, instrumentals,
acapellas and custom versions of songs that only MixHitz.com provides.
Q: How does MixHitz.com work?
A: Music is updated daily. You can search through the numerous genres and
preview each song before you download it. It's that easy!
Q: How do I become a member?
A: Click on the 'SIGN UP' tab at the top of the page and follow the steps.
General information is needed to ensure you are a working DJ. If you have

Q: What's it gonna cost me?
A: Only $34.95 a month. That will give you UNLIMITED access to download all
the newest music that is available to all the high profile DJs' in the
industry. That means you get the newest music when they do.
Q: What's the Bit Rate of the songs?
A: Tracks are 256 kbps to ensure the best sound possible.
Q: Are the files properly ID/BPM tagged and ready for Serato, Traktor,
Virtual DJ, TORQ, Final Scratch, ETC.?
A: Yes. Files are properly ID/BPM tagged and ready for all Vinyl Emulation
programs on either Mac or PC. You will have one of the most organized
libraries available. Your friends will be jealous.
Q: Am I locked into a contract?
A: NO. You can cancel your subscription through PayPal at anytime. If you have difficulties cancelling through PayPal, please contact us via phone or e-mail.
Q: How do I pay?
A: MixHitz.com currently accepts monthly subscription fees through PayPal
taking all major credit cards, debit cards, or checking accounts. For your convenience, the subscription fee will automatically recur every 30 days.
Q: Do you offer a non-recurring subscription?
Q: No, we do not offer non-recurring subscriptions to ensure uninterrupted service.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
Q: All it takes is a simple email to Support@MixHitz.com or contact us during
business hours on our toll free hotline (877) MIX-HITZ. Simply tell us that
you want to cancel, and that's it! There are no prorated refunds because
each monthly payment is good for one month (30/31 days) from the day you
sign up. You can cancel anytime within that month without penalty prior to
your next billing cycle. You may also cancel your subscription through PayPal at any time.
Q: I can't find the song I'm looking for
A: It happens, so feel free to send us a request of your clean, dirty,
instrumentals or acapellas to Requests@MixHitz.com
Q: What if I forget my password or login?
A: You can simply type in your email address and it will be emailed to you
immediately. Still having issues? Feel free to contact our live online
support, email or call us toll free on the hotline.
Q: What do I do, if my computer crashes and I lose all my music?
A: Look no more, we already have you covered! Unlike some record pools where
you are limited to the amount of downloads, with us you have access to
unlimited downloads. Also For our members, you can purchase an emergency
back up service in which we can overnight you a portable hard drive with all
our music so you don't have to miss an appearance.
Q: Can I submit new music to be previewed by other DJs?
A: Yes, we always welcome new music! Please send music in mp3 format at a
minimum Bit Rate of 256 Kbps (clean, dirty, instrumental, and acapellas)
with name and title to: Files@MixHitz.com.
Q: Why should I pick Mixhitz.com over the rest!
A: Its all in the name, we give you the Hitz for your Mix, but more
importantly MixHitz.com gives you more. Of course you get the clean, dirty,
and instrumentals, but it doesn't stop there. We are the one stop shop for
the industry DJ with access to intro versions, acapellas, and custom edits
and remixes that ONLY our website provides. MixHitz.com's staff is
compiled of DJ's in the industry, so we know exactly what you need. We are
a legitimate business with a physical address in which we handle our daily
operations. Not only do we provide our customers with online support, but
you can also contact us toll free on our hotline during business hours (9 AM
to 5 PM PST)
Q: There's a lot good music here, can my girlfriend burn cds or copy the
music to her mp3 player?
A: NO! NEVER! ABSOLUTELY NOT! MixHitz.com is for professional DJ's and
promotional use only.
Q: What are the requirements to use MixHitz?
A: You will need an internet connection, a javascript compatible browser, and a vinyl emulation program such as Serato, Final Scratch, Torq, etc. You must also be a DJ who is currently working in a club or radio station. A high speed connection is not required, but is recommended.
